Before adopting Hotelogix, the group was using 3 different hotel property management systems to individually run operations at each of its properties. Philip Kao, Founder of Memoire Hotels & Resorts said that as a group, it is supreme for them to manage and monitor all our three properties from a single point. But they never could achieve this with disparate applications installed across hotels. This prompted us to look for a cloud Hotel PMS that could help us address this issue. And their search ended with Hotelogix.
The management at Memoire Hotels & Resorts will now be able to distribute their inventory on OTAs in real-time as the Hotelogix Cloud PMS comes integrated with a channel manager solution. The Central Reservation Office (CRO) is another key functionality of Hotelogix that would help them manage reservations for all their properties from a single dashboard. Moreover, the Cambodia-based group has also adopted Hotelogix Mobile Hotel App to manage operations on-the-go.
