Iran rejects French idea of re-opening nuclear talks

Under such circumstances, he said, making new demands would "only help in nearing its objective -- the collapse of the JCPOA."

The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action was an agreement between world powers including and the United States, offering sanctions relief in return for curbs on its nuclear programme.
