BarAfter commemorating its 100th anniversary last year in style, Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona is celebrating yet again – this time, with the reopening of its trendy rooftop terrace – regarded as one of Europe’s best, La Dolce Vitae. Led by renowned architect and interior designer Antonio Obrador, the emblematic space has been updated with sleek furniture, a wider bar serving an updated menu of refreshing cocktails and a redesign to make the space more inviting and comfortable while maintaining the swimming pool as its central element.
The terrace design conveys a sense of luxury and coziness that allows guests to enjoy views of the city’s remarkable landmarks, including its most popular, Sagrada Familia. Thanks to Clavisa, a company specializing in the cultivation of cactus and succulent plants, the new and improved space is complete with elegant details including a vertical garden, the hotel’s trademark, a feature that has become consistent throughout the five-star luxury hotel, also seen in its penthouse terraces and at its farm-to-table concept restaurant, SOLC. At La Dolce Vitae, spectacular views and an inviting atmosphere, are served with a renewed menu that includes fresh flavors, unique ingredients and high-quality products, curated by the hotel’s gastronomic advisor and Michelin-Star Chef Nandu Jubany and Executive Chef David Romero.
