Haryana: Ambala police recover 12 stolen motorcycles from two thieves

AMBALA: The crime investigation agency (CIA) of the Ambala police has recovered 12 stolen motorcycles from the possession of two accused, police said.

The cops arrested Rameshwar alias Ishwar of Dukheri village in Ambala district who was booked under sections 379 (theft) and 411 (dishonestly receiving stolen property) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Parao police station. The accused disclosed about his accomplice Gurdeep alias Deepa of Ratanheri village in the Ambala district.
Both the accused Rameshwar and Gurdeep were granted police remand for three days by the court and on Thursday, after the completion of their remand, the CIA-1 recovered 12 stolen motorcycle from their possession, Ambala superintendent of police (SP) Mohit Handa said.
