Allahabad: A man wanted in a murder case and with cash reward of Rs 25,000 on his head was arrested in Naini on Thursday.
Police also recovered four crude bombs from the accused, Ravi Bharatiya alias Ravi Gaur alia Tiger, who is a resident of Chak Lal Mohammed area of Naini.
He had been evading arrest since the past four months .
Inspector of Naini police station VK Sing said his team received a tip off about Bharatiya’s whereabouts and he was later arrested near Godown Road.
“A case was registered under section 452,147,323,302,307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code against him with Naini police.
As many as three criminal cases were pending against him in the city.
