That Was Fast: Ferrari SF90 Stradale Build Slot Pops Up With $1.5 Million Price Tag!

Less than a week ago, Ferrari uncovered the SF90 Stradale, a plug-in hybrid supercar capable of neck-snapping performance – and a build slot is already been advertised for sale!

Listed on Mobile by a used car dealer located in Southern Germany, it costs €1,309,000, tax included ($1,466,310 at today’s exchange rates). The vendor says that the car will be delivered in Q1, 2020, and can still be configured as pleased by the buyer.

At this point, given the legal issues that have troubled some owners who flipped their supercars, we would advise interested parties to carefully read the papers and reach out to Ferrari, too, to make sure everything’s legit. However, anyone who has nearly $1.5 million to spend on a car will probably send a small army of lawyers to the dealer to make sure that everything checks out.

With a rather futuristic styling that still screams ‘Ferrari’ through its carefully sculpted air intakes, the SF90 Stradale is the Italian company’s second electrified model after the LaFerrari. It is powered by a 4.0-liter turbocharged V8 and three electric motors, which deliver a total system output of 1,000 PS (986 hp / 735 kW). Naturally, performance is absolutely mental: 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) comes in 2.5 seconds, 0-200 km/h (0-124 mph) in 6.7 seconds, and top speed stands at 340 km/h (211 mph).

Thanks to its 7.9 kWh lithium-ion battery, the SF90 Stradale can be driven on electric power alone for up to 25 km (16 miles). On zero-emissions mode, it is front-wheel drive, as the only thing driving the rear axle is the internal combustion engine. Imagine that: a front-wheel drive Ferrari! OK, it’s under certain circumstances and not for long, but technically, that, if our memory serves us right, that should be a first.
