Teacher sexually assaulted his nine-year-old stepson hundreds of times during a five-year campaign of abuse - and he molested his brother too
- Former teacher convicted for case of historical sex crimes against own stepson
- The former award winning teacher was already serving time for child abuse
- Court heard how he abused his first victim's brother 'hundreds of times'
A paedophile teacher already behind bars for molesting his stepson will spend four more years in jail for sexually abusing his victim's nine-year-old brother.
The former award-winning teacher, from Hervey Bay in southern Queensland, was sentenced to another four years behind bars for the 'abhorrent' sex crimes.
The 48-year-old man, who can't be named, was jailed for eight years in 2017 after a court uncovered a horrific campaign of sexual abuse against his stepson.
On Monday, Hervey Bay District Court heard the predator had also sexually abused his nine-year-old stepson, the abused boy's brother, 'several hundred times' over a five-year period.
The horrific acts against the nine-year-old included masturbation, oral sex, kissing and sexual hugs, the Fraser Coast Chronicle reported.

A former teacher already serving time for sexually abusing one of his own stepson's has now been found guilty of abusing his victim's brother hundreds of times
'The defendant would divert attention to other children if the complainant didn't comply with his demands, which the complainant described as mind games,' Mr Jackson said.
The former teacher's wife and family stood by him in court and gave positive character references.
One of his victims also tendered a victim impact statement, saying his stepfather's actions had stopped him from trusting other people.
The teacher was due for parole in 2020, but will not be eligible for parole until 2023 after being handed extra jail time for the latest offences.
Judge Glen Cash said the man had shown no remorse for his crimes or attempted any steps at rehabilitation while in jail.
'Your offending is not just abhorrent, it was a complete abrogation of your responsibility as a parent to provide a safe environment for your children,' Judge Cash said.
'Instead you preyed upon the complainant for your own sexual gratification.'

His previous conviction for abuse of his other stepson led to a 10 year conviction and he was due for parole on November 13, 2020, before these latest offences were discovered
