ECTAA, the European Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators, has been invited by the City of Lodz and the Lodz Tourism Authority to hold it semi-annual meeting in Lodz. This is the first time that ECTAA meets there. A delegation of more than 40 CEOs and Presidents of travel agents and travel agents’ associations will come to Lodz to discuss market and policy developments impacting on the travel trade.

This semi-annual meeting in an opportunity for European travel agents and tour operators to get to know the destination Lodz. The city has been prized as the world’s second best value destination by Lonely Planet travel enthusiasts in 2019 as part of the prestigious Best in Travel competition.

Said President of ECTAA, Mt. Pawel NIewiadomski: “The meeting in Lodz is one of its kind. The European travel agents will be able to experience Lodz life and see what gems it holds for European travellers.”
