The island covers an area of 10 square kilometres and is partly privately owned, with breathtaking views available.
According to realestate.com.au, there are three lots of land being advertised between $46,000 and $55,000.
Real Estate Agent at Raine & Horne Port Lincoln, Valerie Staunton, is selling Lot 78 at The Lookout and says people are attracted to the island due to the privacy.
'It's a lot like camping out here. There are no supermarkets — so you have to be self-sufficient, and just a couple of holiday homes…but lots of beautiful beaches,' Ms Staunton said.
'It's very secluded but still pretty accessible. There's an airstrip, so you can fly there from Parafield or charter from Port Lincoln. A lot of fishing charters go out there, too.'
Lot 78 has 1349 square metres of land with an asking price of just $55,000 with amazing views as it's on the front row of the 'lookout' settlement.
Ms Staunton said the price includes 60 shares in the community owned homestead and allows three nights accommodation per year for free.

Additional free accommodation can also be earned by working on the island with other land owners.
'However, buyers can also build a brand new home, if they wish…but should be aware that no dogs are allowed on the island to preserve the natural habitat,' Ms Staunton said.
Another block for sale is on The Crest settlement on the island and is asking for just $46,000 for 1,497 square metres.
'Pristine beaches, abundant seafood, views to die for and absolute serenity what a paradise escape is Wedge Island,' the listing reads.
'It has amazing views of the beautiful coastline and sandy beaches and pristine clear water.'
'The purchase includes 100 shares in the Farmhouse homestead that caters for 15 people and allows the owner free accommodation when reserved.'
