The government has bought thousand quintals of wheat crop, which is lying at the center. There is not proper arrangement for its safety.
More than 2 thousand bags of wheat are kept at Hatoda and Harganakhedi for transportation. The purchasing of the crop had stopped on 24th May.
The wheat have not transported even 1 week have passed. Situation is such that the wheat bags have become weak and started breaking. The purchasing of wheat has to start from 25th of March, which was started 6th of April.
Around 14 thousand quintals wheat has purchased from Hatoda society but due to lack of transportation facility wheat are kept in open. Though the rate of wheat has improved in the open market. Difference of rate of Mandi and purchasing centers has reduced.
Gram purchasing had started from April 25th and end on May 31st. Now the rate of Gram in open market is around 4300, due to which centers do not have enough pressure but gram are also kept in huge amount at the centers.
The society centers are worried if unseasoned rainfall arrives and gram damages then again suffers the heavy loss.
