In Krishnagiri district too, a museum will be established. He further said that 12 ancient forts, including the famous Gingee fort will be renovated and a tender for Rs 24 crore had been floated.
Addressing reporters in Hosur, Pandiarajan said, “Four phases of excavation had been completed in Keezhadi Archaeological site in Sivaganga district and the fifth phase will commence next week.” He also said that the state government is planning to setup museums in every district and this year two museums will be set up.
