'You'll Never Walk Alone' - Liverpool celebrates 14 years since last Champions League titleSHOWS: LIVERPOOL, UK (JUNE 1, 2019) (REUTERS - ACCESS ALL) 1. VARIOUS OF LIVERPOOL FANS SINGING CLUB ANTHEM 'YOU'LL NEVER WALK ALONE' STORY: Liverpool fans, some in tears, celebrated the Champions League win with a rendition of the club anthem 'You'll Never Walk Alone'. An early goal from Mohamed Salah and a late one from Divock Origi gave Liverpool a 2-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur in Saturday's (June 1) all-English Champions League final in Madrid. Egypt striker Salah, who had painful memories of last year's final defeat by Real Madrid after suffering a shoulder injury, got his side off to a flying start by lashing home from the penalty spot after a handball from Moussa Sissoko. Tottenham kept their heads after a nightmare opening and came to life when semi-final hat-trick hero Lucas Moura came off the bench but, with Harry Kane lacking sharpness after an ankle injury, another miraculous European comeback proved beyond them. Liverpool did not produce much of their usual whirlwind attacking football but they were more intelligent and powerful than Spurs and sealed a sixth European Cup triumph and their first since 2005 with an arrowed finish from substitute Origi in the 87th minute.
