Two men tied to poll, beaten in UP; probe underway
A video has gone viral in which two men can be seen tied to a poll and being beaten up.
India TV cannot, however, independently, verify the authenticity of the video.
"People who had tied these men have been identified and a case has been registered against them," ASP Gautam Buddha Nagar, Dr Kaustabh told news agency ANI.
Further investigation is underway.
