And prospective homeowners are finding that even properties that have been converted from brothels into normal homes are selling for top prices.
Several former brothels throughout New South Wales are selling for more than $1million and real estate agents believe their exclusive features make them more desirable to buyers.
Brothels in Banksia, Rydalmere and Coffs Harbour have all gone on sale with many more throughout Australia expected to do the same.
Most of these brothels are great for buyers as they are located in competitive locations and come with extra laundries, black-out windows and numerous rooms with hot tubs include within.

Many brothels were put out of business as illegal activities occurred within which has resulted in several vacant buildings with great potential.
The real estate agent selling Rydalmere brothel said even though the properties are great, the banks are making it difficult for buyers.
'We could have sold it three times over if banks were a little more open to lending,' the agent told The Daily Telegraph.
