From Ranbir Kapoor to Konkona Sen Sharma, celebs who quit smoking!

31st May is observed worldwide as World No Tobacco Day by the World Health Organization and its global partners, a dedicated day to raise awareness on the deadly effects of tobacco use and second hand smoke exposure. On this day, let's have a look at those B-Town stars who said no to smoking. Salman Khan, who used to be a chain smoker, kicked the habit off his life after he suffered a facial nerve disorder. Hrithik Roshan too was a tobacco user for many years before he gave it up, for good. And surprisingly, it was Hrithik who helped Arjun Rampal get rid of his smoking habit. As for Ranbir Kapoor, he was reportedly addicted to smoking since he was 15 years. He only quit it after his 'Barfi' director Anurag Basu made him resist the habit during the film's shoot, after which he eventually left the habit. For actress Konkona Sen Sharma, she reportedly decided to quit smoking when she got pregnant, post which, there's been no looking back.
