Gurugram May 30, 2019: Talocity, one of the top AI HR Platforms, provides Touchless HiRing with unbiased HR outcomes to its clients. Talocity has announced the appointment of Ms. Sharmistha Das as its new Chief Sales Officer. Ms Das brings with her over 9 years of extensive experience in areas such as business strategy and development, sales and marketing, product and stakeholder management, and other areas. She will be responsible for growing the business in India and Philippines.
Over the years, Ms Das has been at the helm of affairs and interacted with CIOs, CHROs, CEOs and business heads to understand their requirement. Prior to this, she spearheaded the India operations of US Software Group (USSG) and was also the Vice President of this New Jersey-headquartered company.
Movement of senior people from strong traditional recruitment & man-power intensive companies to lean startups in the HR TECH world, signify the importance of the upcoming opportunity in the domain.

Apart from meeting Revenue targets and ensuring overall profitability of the company she has also supported the Marketing and Communication Team. Ms. Das’ previous leadership role managed 600 people in India and has driven its team to achieve company’s Annual Sales Target.

In her professional journey, Ms Das has also held other strategic positions. She was the Associate Director at Spring Professional (Adecco Group Company) and has worked with the Manpower Group and HCL Infosystems. An alumna of IIM-Bangalore, she graduated from Maastricht School of Management, Amsterdam, Netherlands. Her new appointment in Talocity will streamline stronger partnerships across sectors.
