Indore: Infuriated over finding his wife with another man, husband stabbed the lover to death and tried to kill his wife by hitting her with a cricket bat in Sheetal Nagar under Banganga police station. Police have arrested the accused soon after the incident. According to Banganga police station incharge Indramani Patel, accused Shekhar Baghel killed Rakesh Dave (30) of Govind Colony, after seeing him with his wife.
He stabbed Rakesh multiple times on his chest and abdomen while attacked his wife Geeta Yadav with a cricket bat on her head. “Shekhar fled the scene after the incident but was caught by the police of first response vehicle Dial 100 after chasing him for one kilometre,’ Patel told the media.
