Worker escapes with 276gm gold
Ajmer Singh of Sector 32 in Ludhiana, who owns a jewellery store, said Shekh Ajgar, accused in a drug case had been working for the past one year. On April 24, the accused managed to flee after stealing 276gm of gold. The division number 8 police have registered a case on May 28 after investigation.
Man booked for sexual harassment
A 27-year-old woman has alleged that on May 26 she, along with her husband, had gone to a hotel to attend a party, where Karan Sehgal, a local resident, allegedly sexually harassed her. She further alleged that earlier on August 30, 2018, also the accused hadharassed her in a shopping mall. The Sarabha nagar police have registered a case in this regard.
