Aprilia Storm 125 Launched In India At Rs 65\,000

Aprilia has launched the Storm 125 scooter in India at price of Rs 65,310 (Ex-showroom Pune). And, it is around Rs 6,000 more affordable than the SR 125. Both these models are exactly same except single halogen headlamp, tyre and CBS brake system instead of ABS. 

The Storm 125 gets new paint schemes matte yellow and matte red. And. Aprilia will also introduce a white colour option for the Storm 125 soon. The Storm 125 features 12-inch dual-purpose tyres measuring 120/80-section at the front and 130/80-section at the rear. The SR 125, on the other hand, gets 14-inch wheels at both ends. Mechanically, both the models are get the same 125cc engine. This engine will expect to give the power of 9.65bhp (7250rpm) and torque of  9.9Nm (6250rpm). Its mated to CVT gearbox. Braking duties carried by disc by front and drum brake by rear.

The new Aprilia 125 will compete against the Honda Grazia, the TVS NTORQ, Hero Maestro Edge 125 and Suzuki Burgman Street.
