Last Nite’s Sin

Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1 – Glass water
2 – Lemons
1 – Slice of pineapple
1 – Apple
Hand full of grapes
1½ tbsp – Electrolyte
1 tbsp – Soaked chia seeds
1 tbsp – Soaked basil seeds
Method:
* Add all the ingredients in a blending jar and blend until smooth; then serve.

1-2 minutes

4-5 – Ice cubes
1 – Lime, squeezed
4-5 – Dates
½ – Chopped apple
1 – Banana
