Emergency services
We currently have not been provided any further details from the emergency services about the nature of the incident but will let you know when we do.
Air ambulance leaves
The Wales Air Ambulance has now left the scene of the incident and appears to be taking a casualty to hospital.
It was at the scene for around 45 minutes to an hour before leaving.
Flight tracking suggests it has gone to Ysbyty Gwynedd.
North Wales Police
Police have said they are unable to comment at this time.
'Lots of sirens'
An eyewitness said they heard a large number of emergency vehicles heading through Holyhead at around 2pm.
They then heard the Air Ambulance flying into the town.
