An 18-year old girl riding pillion died when she fell from a bridge on Tuesday. Priya, a resident of Madhavaram Milk Colony, was with her friend, Abdul Malik, when the accident occurred.

She fell from the Murasoli Maran Bridge in Perambur when the vehicle hit the parapet and skidded. The police said the seat was high. She was declared brought dead to the hospital.
