Agra: One killed, several injured in Yamuna Expressway accident

AGRA: One person was killed and several others were injured after a private bus rammed into the rear of a UP roadways on Yamuna Expressway.
The accident occurred on Wednesday early morning near milestone 108 of Raya police jurisdiction of Mathura district in UP. The victim was identified as Dharmendar Singh (35), a resident of Nagla Khan Singh of Mohammdabad police jurisdiction of Farrukhabad district.
After the accident, local police rushed to the spot and rescued the injured victims. At least six passengers were referred to local hospitals with minor injuries.

Expressway toll in-charge sub-inspector Sukhbir Singh said, “Based on the victim’s brother Kuldip, an FIR is being registered against UP roadways bus driver Shivpratap Singh, who was also injured in the accident. He has been detained. Meanwhile, the victim’s body has been handed over to his relatives after autopsy. “
Police sources claimed that it seems that private bus driver Dharmender Singh lost control on his bus and rammed into UP roadways bus.
