SBI organizes Mega Customer Meet

Bhopal : State Bank of India has conducted Mega Customer Meets for its customers across the country at more than 500 centres. In Bhopal Circle, these meets have been conducted at 46 centres (33 in Madhya Pradesh and 13 in Chattisgarh). The Chief General Manager of SBI, Shri Rajesh Kumar presided over the Mega Customer Meet for Bhopalat Minto Hall, Old Vidhan Sabha. This is an attempt made by SBI to reach out its mass customer base across India to understand and obtain feedback of its esteemed customers to improve its services and products.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Rajesh Kumar said that State Bank of India is serving more than 43 crore customers.

These customers come from different segments. Bank delivers different products and services through different channels and is at forefront of the technology. Many facilities have been extended by way of digital mode especially through YONO, an Omni channel experience, unique of its kind in entire Banking industry which offers Digital Banking, Financial Superstore and Online marketplace.
Bank is also giving priority to quality of redressal of complaints. Through YONO a customer can have cardless withdrawal also (YONO CASH).

SBI has recently launched ‘Customer Care Centre’ at its Main Branch TT Nagar Bhopal. This Centre provides a comprehensive value added Non-Financial Banking services, digital products, enquiries for loan and other products and feedback/complaints etc. for its customers. Customer CareCentre caters to any of SBI customer, whether having account in Bhopal or anywhere else.
Shri Rajesh Kumar mentioned that feedback gathered will be taken in proper perspective and all efforts will be made to fine tune the services further.
