Straddling the skies for a 100 years

To mark British Airways’ 100 years, the airline has launched a Centenary Archive Collection of never-before-seen photographs and videos from its archives. (left) One of a number of posters designed by Frank Wootton promoting the airline’s destinations, this one features an Indian elephant procession complemented by the airline’s Canadair Argonaut overhead in this colourful scene.
