Congman praises Modi, pulled up

Congress leader AP Abdullakutty has courted controversy again by praising PM Modi for NDA’s massive victory in the Lok Sabha elections, prompting the party to seek an explanation from him. He was sacked from CPM in 2009 for praising the Gujarat development model when Modi was the CM there. In a Facebook post, Abdullakutty said the victory was the acceptance of Modi’s development agenda and attributed the PM’s success to Gandhian values.
