Vocus receives $3.3 billion takeover offer from Swedish private equity giant
Vocus has opened its books to EQT Infrastructure after the Stockholm-based private equity firm proposed a $3.3 billion takeover.
The internet provider says EQT has made a non-binding indicative proposal of $5.25 in cash for each Vocus share, which were valued at $3.89 before the start of trade on Monday.
Vocus says it has granted non-exclusive due diligence access to EQT and that any formal binding proposal "is likely to take a number of weeks".
