JEE Advanced 2019 Paper 1 analysis: Chemistry easy, Physics moderate, Maths lengthy

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, on Monday, May 27, 2019, successfully conducted the JEE Advanced Paper 1 examination. The JEE Advanced Paper 1 test was held from 9.00 AM to 12.00 PM.
Some of the students who appeared for the JEE Advanced Paper 1 test today in morning shift said overall the paper was of moderate level. As per the students, the difficulty level of the paper was as expected.
As per the feedback of the students, Physics section was moderately difficult, whereas questions in Maths section were moderate but lengthy. Chemistry was the easiest of three sections.
Questions asked in the Physics section were based on conceptual understanding of the candidates.
The JEE Advanced Paper 2 test will start at 2.00 PM and concludes at 5.00 PM.
This year, 2.45 lakh students qualified for JEE Advanced 2019 examination, however, only about 1.65 lakh students applied for the exam.
