Globerena Technologies behind minor technical mistakes
The report blames the firm Globerena Technologies for “minor technical mistakes’’ but, it is learnt, does not fix the blame on anyone for the glitches, which resulted in over 3 lakh students, out of 9 lakh who appeared for the exams, marked as failed. The results, declared on April 18, led to suicides by 19 students, who were shown as failed.
Education board on TS inter results 2019
“The Board got all the scripts of suicide candidates and got it re-verified by the subject experts by forming a committee and checked for any errors either in valuing of the answer sheets, posting of marks or for totalling mistakes. In all the cases, the Board found that there no major errors which would change the marks of the students from fail to pass. The reverification committee constituted to re-verify the answer scripts of students committed/attempted suicide states that a total of 53 answer scripts of failed students who committed/attempted suicide were re-verified by the selected regular lecturers of respective subjects. It was observed that there was no remarkable change in the result of the students after re-verifying. Failed subjects remained failed after reverification too,” the Board stated.
