Indore: JEE (advanced) 2019 will be conducted on Monday. The examination will be held in India and abroad in two shifts: Paper 1 (09:00 to 12:00 IST) and Paper 2 (14:00 to 17:00 IST). It is mandatory for students to attempt both the papers in order to qualify for admissions in Indian Institutes of Technology. The JEE (advanced) 2019 examination will be conducted in computer-based test mode. A total of 2,45,000 candidates who have qualified in JEE main 2019 are eligible to appear for JEE advanced 2019 examination. In Indore, 2500 students are expected to appear for the computer-based test, which will be conducted at four centres in the city. In view of the clash of dates of JEE (advanced) 2019 and the last phase of Lok Sabha elections 2019, the examination date was set late. This extra gap has given applicants more time to prepare for exams.
