Teenage boy told his mother he loved her before he was viciously killed during a wild brawl at a house party - as shocking footage of the fight emerges

Shocking footage has emerged of a wild street brawl that broke out during a house party in Sydney south-west on Friday night that resulted in a death of a teenage boy. 

Alex 'Aleki' Ioane was celebrating a 16th birthday party when the fight broke out at the Inglburn residence about 9.40pm. 

The 18-year-old had borrowed $10 from his mother earlier that afternoon to attend the party and he had told his mother 'I love you' as he left, according to Seven News

The teenager suffered serious head injuries during the brawl and he was rushed to Liverpool Hospital but did not survive.

Police have not pressed any murder charges yet, however, they have charged a 19-year-old with break and enter after he broke into a nearby house in an effort to evade officers. 

Isoa Rabuatoka allegedly broke into the nearby Chan family home leaving bloody handprints on the wall. 

'It was very scary. I was in bed and listening to everything happening.' Logan Chan told Seven News. 

Rabuatoka is currently on a 12 month Intensive Correction Order after being arrested at a dance party with one of the conditions being he is on a curfew and should not have been out after 9pm, the court heard. 

There were up to 80 people at the party when the fight over 'something petty' started. 

Carloads of young men, armed with a baseball bats and wooden and metal poles, arrived when the brawl spilled onto the street. The alleged weapons have been seized by police. 

Four men, all aged 19, were allegedly involved in the brawl and arrested after officers broke up the out-of-control fight.

Alex's friend Freda Tuese, 19, who was at the party said the fight was over 'something petty' that happened inside. 

Ms Tuese went to school with Alex and said he was a 'joker and that's what we loved about him'.    

'He was bubbly, he was funny he was always happy. His family are amazing, he was really loved,' she told The Daily Telegraph

'He showed that (love) to people he cared about, especially his boys.'     

Another friend of Alex said the fight was between people 'repping this so called area code'. 

She described Alex as 'a quiet kid who deserved much better'.

Neighbours Gayle and Wayne Jamieson were told by two girls next door that the party would be noisy but it would be over by 10pm. 

'The next minute it was turmoil,' Wayne told the Daily Telegraph.  

Gayle felt sorry for the 'poor family' of the man who was died in the fight.  

'He has come to a party to celebrate and it's ended like this,' she said.   

Police from the Public Order and Riot Squad, the Dog Unit and Rescue Squad were called to break up the argument. 

A crime scene remains in place on Chester Road between Percy Street and Gertrude Avenue, and the four men are believed to still be in custody.
