Six people brawling, one arrested at Fountain Gate shopping centre
More unrest has broken out at Fountain Gate shopping centre, with six people brawling and one man arrested on Friday night.
An 18-year-old Cranbourne man has been charged after a fight between six people broke out outside the Narre Warren centre around 7pm.
Police officers were called to the scene and ordered those involved to move along.
Police were told that one of those involved in the brawl had stolen alcohol from a nearby store immediately before the fight broke out.
The man was then arrested and charged with theft and affray.
He has been bailed and is set to front the Dandenong Magistrates court on July 3.
Locals reported on social media that a second fight occured around 10pm, however police were unaware of the incident.
No one was seriously injured.
Earlier in the month, a pre-arranged fight involving 30 young women broke out in a park near the Westfield Fountain Gate centre.
Two teenage girls were taken to hospital with stab wounds, and a woman and two girls were arrested and charged with affray.
