Indian to head UN peacekeeping in South Sudan

The of the Infantry School, Shailesh Tinaikar, has been appointed the of the in (UNMISS), the second biggest peacekeeping operation.

Tinaikar will command over 16,000 peacekeepers, about 2,400 from India, in UNMISS.
