Assam state board Class XII results to be declared today

GUWAHATI: The Class XII state board exam results in Assam will be declared at 9 am on Saturday.
About 2.42 lakh students appeared in the examination from across the arts, science, commerce and vocational streams.
The exam was held in February-March this year across 772 centres of Assam.
An official statement issued by the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) said that the results will be available on 18 websites and on the android app 'Upolobdha'.
This year, 1.86 lakh candidates appeared in the exam from the arts stream and 37,455 candidates appeared from the science stream.
From commerce and vocational streams, 18,291 and 910 students took the examination respectively.
