Five mums who are now able to fit into the clothes they wore decades ago have revealed the diet and fitness tips they used to transform their bodies and get into shape.
The Australian mums, aged between 33 and 49, are all part of the Healthy Mummy community and have combined healthy yet satisfying meals, meal prepping, home workouts and gym sessions to achieve their results.
Each of the women have now shown off their incredible new figures and worn old clothing from before their pregnancies to demonstrate just how far they've come.

DANI STORMONT, 39
Dani Stormont, a single mother-of-two, is turning 40 in July and now fits into a jumpsuit she first wore when she was 24.
Dani has lost a staggering 25 kilograms since 2017 after coming across The Healthy Mummy on Facebook and started cooking healthier versions of her favourite foods like pizza by using the free recipes.
'It has taught me so much about the proper way to fuel my body and love myself again and I have discovered a new found love of exercise - I was a couch potato for 10 years,' she said.
Instead of doing anything restrictive, Dani decided to walk 10,000 steps a day, keep a workout diary and do simple things like squats while doing laundry and get off the bus a few stops earlier than usual.
She also drinks at least two litres of water per day, meal preps healthy meals and freezes half, buys food in bulk and writes a weekly budget to keep herself on track.
'I do all the things! I run, I climb with them, we do cartwheels, ride bikes and scooters together, swim and basically LIVE! I am now 100% in the present and my kids (and myself) are loving life,' she said.

KERRIE O'BRIEN, 49
Kerrie, 49, is able to fit into the same dress two kids and 18 years later - and it's too big for her!
'I was wearing this dress the night I met my husband. I was a size 10/12 back then and the dress is a size 10. All these years I kept it hanging in the wardrobe in the hope that one day it would again finally fit,' she said.
After getting married at 34, Kerrie had two kids at age 37 and 39 and gained 30 kilograms, taking her to a size 18 at her biggest.

After discovering the program she went from a size 16 to a size 6 - eight in less than two years and credits meal prepping as a main reason for her success.
She is able to whip up several snacks and meals in just two hours by using her 'Cook, Bake and Make' method which involves picking one thing to cook, one thing to bake and two things to make that require no cooking.
She also drinks a healthy smoothie every day, does 28 day weight loss challenges through the community, does home workouts using the app and has worked on her mental health and mindset.
She does 10,000 steps every day, even on rest days, always has healthy snacks in her handbag and ensures to stay on track on weekends, even if she has a cheat meal.

JULIE MEADOWS, 35
Julie Meadows, 35, is now able to fit into the black dress she wore at 25, a year-and-a-half before she had kids.
She started to overhaul her health in August, 2016, and went from 66 kilograms to 54 kilograms and transformed from a size 12 - 14 to a size 8.
'I was never a runner but since starting the Weight Loss Challenges I have run 3 half marathons and will be running my first full marathon in October this year,' she said previously.
Like the other women, Julie said home workouts and meal prepping were the key to her success and she has learned about what makes up what she eats how to portion it.
She upped her intake of lean protein foods and has replaced high fat protein with lean protein like salmon, mackerel, flounder and herring.
'Weight loss is not particularly complex, but with a healthy diet and exercise, you can lose the fat that you want from your bum, hips and thighs,' she said.

SHANYN GRAY, 33
Shanyn Gray, 33, was shocked to fit into her high school formal dress 16 years later after giving birth to two kids now aged three and five.
The full time teacher lost 35 kilograms in just one year after customising workouts and meal plans to suit her family's budget and taste.
'To be honest, I lost most of the weight through eating alone. I didn't start exercising until 12 months in,' she said.
'Once I have my meal plan for the week, I spend a couple of hours on the weekend preparing all my snacks and some meals.
'During the week, I have 11 hour days (out of the house at 7am and home at 6pm) so simply don't have time in the mornings to make lunches and snacks. There is no excuse for not eating well when it is all made and all I have to do is grab it.'

She has lost 27 kilograms in the past 18 months taking her from a size 14 - 16 to a size 6 - 8.
'At the time I bought this outfit I was my lightest weight but now I am my fittest and most toned. It looks better now than when I bought it,' she said.
