Body in sack: Four of man's family, neighbour held

MUMBAI: A day after a 28-year-old man's body was found dumped in Vile Parle, four of his family and a neighbour have been arrested for his murder.
The body of Nikhil Trilotkar body was found dumped in a sack with injuries to the head and strangulation marks.
The police said that they arrested Nikhil's father Prakash (65), mother Jyoti (58), his sister Deepali and brother Mahesh, both aged 32, along with their neighbour Raes Ansari (30).
The police said that often Nikhil harassed his family members in a drunken stupor and this is what spurred them to attack him. "His parents and siblings clobbered him with an iron rod and strangled him for misbehaviour," said the officer.
