BJP didn’t blame EVMs for loss: Shivraj Singh Chouhan

NEW DELHI: Former Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Wednesday criticised opposition parties for sparking a controversy over EVM security, pointing out that BJP did not doubt the machines after losing the 2018 assembly polls in MP, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh.
“Congress and other parties have started crying out against EVMs even before the counting started. It’s a ruse to cover the failure of (Congress president) Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra,” he said.
