Cops warn RLSP chief for remark

NEW DELHI: Police have warned RLSP chief Upendra Kushwaha of legal action for his statement that his party workers would “resort to bloodshed” if there is “loot of votes” on the day of counting on Thursday.
ADG Kundan Krishnan said on Wednesday the statement amounted to criminal offence for which he may be booked under Section 34 of IPC (common intention) for inciting violence.
