'Incredible India' lights up China's Canton Tower

NEW DELHI: The Canton Tower in Guangzhou, China on Wednesday lit up with "Incredible India" written in Mandarin and English during the India Day celebrations.
The India Day was celebrated as part of the on-going Asian Cuisine Festival in Guangzhou.
The Guangzhou TV & Sightseeing Tower, also known as Canton Tower, is an iconic structure located near Chigang Pagoda in Haizhu District, Guangzhou China. It is the highest tower in China with a height of 618 meters.

The India booth at the festival showcased Indian cultural diversity with a special focus on Indian Mangoes, Indian tea and Indian spices.

The mangoes were specially delivered to China for the cuisine festival where the Chinese guests enjoyed the delicacy.


As part of India Day celebrations, Chinese artists also performed Bharatnatyam and performed Yoga.
