TBSE Tripura 12th Result 2019: Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) has declared Class 12th board result for science stream today, May 21.President of the TBSE Dr. Bhabatosh Saha announced the results in a press conference today. Candidates can check their results attripuraresults.nic.in

Total 88.95% pass was recorded in Tripura Board of Secondary Education ( TBSE) conducted Higher Secondary or Class 12 Science, results of which were declared on Tuesday.

A total of 3,786 candidates of Science stream appeared in the examinations that began from March 1. The exams continued till April 7 at 59 centres.

“ We will announce the results of Humanities and Commerce including Class 10 within June 10,” TBSE president Bhabatosh Saha told the media at Board office this morning.

The students, who feel, could apply for review within three days in their respective schools from May 22. Their review applications need to reach the TBSE by May 26, informed one Board official.

Nilanjan Deb from Netaji Subhash Vidyaniketan bagged the first position securing 485 total marks leaving the second and third position to Akash Majumder and Arnab Chowhan.

Akash, from Belonia Government English Medium Higher Secondary School got 472 marks and Arnab got 471 marks to secure the third position from Shishu Bihar Higher Secondary School.

Speaking to the reporters, Nilanjan said he is very happy with the results and he wants to study computer science engineering and later would apply for administrative services.

His father Narayan Deb runs a ration shop and his mother Jayashree Roy is housewife.

“ Besides my eight private tutors, I got full support from my parents. Since childhood, I want to study engineering. Later, I want to appear for administrative services,” said Nilanjan.

Last year, the Class 12 Science recorded 84.31% pass. Total 3,228 from Science stream had appeared in the board exam last year of whom 2,552 cleared the exams.

“ The teaching and students’ performances in schools were appreciable. This is the reason for hike in pass percentage this year,” said Saha.
