- The home, owned by a 22-year-old man, has one bedroom with a double bed
- Another advert targeted 'a female who is keen on being friends with benefits'
- Authorities are urging for the Government to invest more in social housing
Creepy advertisements offering vulnerable women free rent in exchange for sex have been posted by sleazy Melbourne landlords.
A number of classified ads offering the sickening deal were found on the website Locanto.
One 22-year-old man posted an offer that said 'free rent as bills included for sex and females only' in a one-bedroom home with a double bed.
The property in Cranbourne in Melbourne's south-east also promises a female their own bathroom, large bathtub and shower.

Another ad offers space in a St Kilda unit in Melbourne's south-east for 'a female who is keen on being friends with benefits'.
The poster claims to be a 33-year-old male who is half-European and half-Middle Eastern.
'The catch is i dont want you to pay any bills that's about it ... lol im not a psycho or a weirdo, photos available upon request,' the ad said.
A Victoria Police spokeswoman told Daily Mail Australia they were aware of the posts on Locanto and also monitor a number of websites where sex work is advertised.
'It is an offence against the Sex Work Act 1994 for a person to advertise for sex work services if they are not a small business operator and exempted by Section 23 of the Act from requiring them to hold a licence,' the statement read.
'Victoria Police monitors these websites and can take action against illegal operators by charging the people offering the services with offences against the Sex Work Act 1994.
'These are in place to protect both sex workers and clients.'

The Cranbourne Leader posted an undercover ad with the author posing as a homeless woman in need of a place to live.
Almost 150 men responded to the post offering free rent in exchange for sexual favours.
Cranbourne information and support service executive office Leanne Petrides said men prey on women by offering reduced rent in exchange for chores at first.
'The government needs to focus on this issue ... this is one of the unseen fallouts from family violence and violence to women in general,' she told the publication.

Greater Dandenong Salvation Army captain Claire Emerton said there isn't enough 'investment in social housing by the government'.
She added a lack of social housing would lead some vulnerable women to find themselves in dangerous situations.
