A face-tattooed man is on the run after he allegedly carried out a sex act in front of a school girl who was on her way home from school.
Louis Arthur Wicherts has outstanding warrants across Sydney's eastern suburbs after he allegedly followed a 16-year-old girl who was walking back to her Woollahra home about 7pm on Tuesday May 7.
The girl accused him of carrying out a sexual act in front of her as she made her way home.
Detectives from the Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command have released a series of images of Wicherts displaying his many tattoos.

He is described as being thin with short brown hair and is almost completely covered in tattoos.
He has a teardrop tattoo under his left eye and has tattoos covering his arms, right leg, fingers, left knee and a star on each earlobe.
Police are appealing for public assistance in finding Wicherts, but caution the public not to approach him if spotted.
Instead, they are told to contact Bondi Police Station or Crime Stoppers.
