BJP will get me assassinated like Indira Gandhi, says Arvind Kejriwal
AAP Chief and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has said that BJP would get him assassinated by his own personal security officer (PSO), the way former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi was killed, triggering a strong response from BJP.
“The BJP would get me murdered by my own PSO (Personal Security Officer) one day like Indira Gandhi. My own security officers report to BJP,” PTI quoted Mr. Kejriwal telling a news channel in Punjab.

Efforts to get gangster Chhota Rajan’s key lieutenant Santosh Mahadev Sawant alias Abu Sawant extradited have been stuck in red tape since 2015. This thanks to the extradition file going back and forth between the government and the CBI, which was handed over the case as early as on November 13, 2015, by the Detection Crime Branch (DCB), CID, Mumbai, following the deportation of Rajendra Sadashiv Nikalje alias Chhota Rajan to India.

U.K. law secures rights of Sikhs to carry kirpans
The U.K. government has passed an amendment by which Sikhs in the country will be allowed to carry kirpans and use it during religious and cultural functions. The ‘Offensive Weapons Bill’ received the royal assent this week. The Bill had been amended late last year to ensure that it would not impact the right of the British-Sikh community to possess and supply kirpans, or religious swords.
