Burglaries at four places kept cops on toes

Nagpur: Burglaries were reported at different places, including three within the limits of Jaripatka police station, leaving behind a question on the patrolling pattern of city police.
In the first incident, burglars had managed to decamp with valuables, including cash Rs 45,000, worth Rs 87,000 from the residence of Bhagat family at Nagarjun nagar when they had gone to Amravati. The family, which had left on May 14, was stunned to see their valuables stolen after returning on May 17 following which they approached the Jaripatka police station.
In another incident, burglars had decamped with valuables worth Rs 1.26 lakhs, including cash Rs 1.16 lakhs, from the residence of Humne family residing at Sanyal Nagar when they had gone to Imambada on May 17. This case was also referred to Jaripatka police station.

In yet another incident, also registered at Jaripatka police station, burglars had fled with valuables worth Rs 94,000 from the residence of Troimbak Kamble and his wife residing at Vishram nagar after the couple had left for Mumbai.
The last incident was registered at Koradi police station after Balram Sonwane’s house was burgled by unidentified miscreants who had sneaked away with valuables worth Rs 2.10 lakhs including cash Rs 1.50 lakhs.
