MahaMetro to plug leakage in Karve Nagar

Nagpur: MahaMetro has assured a delegation of NMC officials and its ruling party leader Sandip Joshi to get repaired the water leakage that is contaminating the water line at Karve Nagar on Wardha Road. The decision to this effect was taken after the delegation visited the area on the complaint of water contamination caused due to digging work done by MahaMetro.
Joshi directed the MahaMetro officials to plug the leakage before May 31 at any cost or else ready to face action.

Joshi along with local corporators listened to all the problems of residents of Karve Nagar and promised to address it to the civic body.
Joshi also went to the houses of residents there and himself checked the quality of water of the well. He took some quantity of water out of it in a bottle and showed it to the MahaMetro officials. After reviewing the condition of the water, all the officials ordered for the treatment of the sewer lines.
