BJP will give Bharat Ratna to Nathuram Godse: Asaduddin Owaisi

HYDERABAD: Soon after Sadhvi Pragya Thakur glorified Nathuram Godse as a patriot, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi took a jibe at BJP, tweeting that the party will even give Godse a Bharat Ratna.
“Remember, @narendramodi has defended & endorsed Pragya’s candidature. This is not a ‘lunatic fringe’ & is definitely not her “personal opinion”, it is the BJP standing by Independent India’s first terrorist. In few years, Sri Sri Godse will also be recommended with a Bharat Ratna,” tweeted Owaisi.

“WAll those people against whom a terrorism angle was established by the Kapur Commission are terrorists,” the MIM chief said. He also backed West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee by posting videos on Twitter that claimed BJP as the reason for the ongoing Kolkata hustle. “Why only West Bengal, natural justice & fair play demands it should have been for entire 7th Phase why only West Bengal, why not for Eastern UP too,” tweeted Owaisi.
