In Haryana Board class 10 result declared today. Pass percentage in many subjects was recorded to be 100%, implying all students who appeared for the subject, cleared it. These include animal husbandry, dance, and banking insurance.

In private mode, overall 69.80% students passed the exam. A total of 10328 students had appeared in private mode out of which 2383 students passed the exam.

Private schools have secured better pass percentage than government school. The private schools have taken a lead of over 10 per cent as in government schools, 52.71 per cent clear the exam and in private schools 62.33 per cent clear the exam.

Its been nearly an hour since the result has been declared but the official website of Haryana Board is not working. Over 3.8 lakh students are awaiting their result. It seems that the website could not take the load and has crashed due to heavy traffic.

Rural students secure better result than urban students. In Haryana Board class 10 exams 59% students who passed the exam are from rural areas while 54% are from urban areas. Last year, too urban regions had better results as the passing percentage of students from rural areas was 51.72, whereas the passing percentage of students from urban areas was 49.65%.

Girls secure more marks than boys. This has been the trend in previous years too. This time too in Haryana Board class 10 results, 62% girls and 53% boys passed the exam. Last year, 55.34% girls and 47.6% boys had cleared HSEB matric exam.

Top rank in Haryana Board class 10 results 2019 is shared by three girls and one boy, namely, Himanshu, Shalini, Isha and Sanju from Jhajjar, Jind, Kaithal and Panipat districts. All of them have secured 497 marks out of 500 thus scored 99.4% marks.

Nearly half of the 3 lakh students who appeared for the exams have flunked it. As per the official data, 42.6% students have failed the Haryana Board class 10 exams while 57.39% cleared the HBSE matric paper. This is still an improvement from last year when 51.5% of students could clear the exam.

For those who have flunked in the annual exam in a subject or two can apply for it. An application fee will be applicable. The supplementary exams will be conducted in June, 2019.

The exams began with English from March 8 , Thursday onwards and concluded with IT and ITES exam on Saturday March 20, 2019. The exams were held from 12:30 om to 3:30 pm. Haryana Board class 10 exams were declared easy by experts, hence the result is expected to be better than last year.

The Haryana state Education Minister will make announcements regarding the results within minutes. The minister along with the Board chairperson has held a press conference here. For students, the result link will be activated at 3 pm.

Students need to download the result and take a print out of it. This will act as a provisional mark sheet. Students can also avail their respective original mark sheets form their schools. The original mark sheets might be released after some time.

In 2017, the Haryana Board was forced to withdraw its Class 10th result hours after the announcement. The result was withdrawn after the Board realised a goof up in compilation of marks that led to the wrong merit list being announced. Two officers of the Board were held responsible for the mistake in compiling the results

The Haryana Board will release the class 10 result at the official websites, bsehexam.org and bseh.org.in. The result will also be available on the partner website, indianresult.com.

Besides websites, the result will also be available on the mobile app that was prepared by the Haryana Board. For that, the students have to go to the Google Play Store on their mobile and search for app Education Board Bhiwani Haryana. After downloading it, they can enter their roll number and check their result.

The Haryana Board will declare the result for class 10 regular and open school results both together at 3 pm today. While over 3 lakh students have appeared for the HBSE 10th exam in regular mode, over 1,00,145 students appeared for BSEH matric exam in open school mode. Students can check their result at bseh.org.in.

To pass the exam, one has to score at least 33 per cent marks in aggregate of the external examination and separately in the practicals that are being conducted by the school. To give a second chance to those who have not cleared the exam, the Haryana Board conducts compartment or improvement exams in July.

In recently declared Haryana Board class 12 result, Palak of Hisar district is the topper in the commerce stream of Board of School Education Haryana Class 12 results with a total of 494 marks out of 500. The second position is held by Tamanna Gupta of Fatehabad district with 493 marks. Monika of Hisar district holds the third position in the commerce stream of Haryana Board 12th with 491 marks.

Last year, Palwal district registering highest pass percentage at 68.39%. A total of 1,98,599 boys registered for the exam of which, 91,636 passed securing 46.14 pass percentage. As many as 1,67,089 girls appeared for the exam out of which 90,210 passed securing 53.99 pass percentage.

In 2019, a total of 3,64,800 candidates had appeared in the Haryana Board class 10 exams, of which 1,86,586 had passed. As many as 1,97,873 boys had appeared in the exam, of which 94,202 passed and 1,66,927 girls had appeared in the exam, of which 92,384 had passed.

The Haryana Board matric result 2019 will be declared through the official mobile application of the HBSE as well. Students can check download the website from the Google Play Store and check result by entering their registration number or roll number.

From 2016 onwards the HBSE started giving grace marks after which the pass percentage had seen a major improvement. In 2017, 50.49 per cent cleared the matric exam and in 2016 it was at 48.88 per cent.

The chairperson of Haryana Board, Dr Jagbir Singh declared the HBSE class 10 result last year and is expected to make the declaration this year as well from Bhiwani.

Kartik of Nav Durga Senior Secondary School, Jind secured the first position in Haryana Board class 10 result last year by scoring 498 marks out of total 500 marks. Three students – Selina Yadav of Jeevan Jyoti Senior Secondary School, Rewari, Sonali of Saraswati High School, Sirsa and Hari Om of Bal Vidya Niketan Senior Secondary School, Palwal have secured second place by scoring 495 marks each. 

Last year the pass percentage took a huge plunge of nearly 5 percentage points. As many as 51.5 per cent students cleared the Haryana Board class 10 exam in 2018. This was much lesser than in 2017 when 64.5 per cent students cleared the exam. This year, a better result is expected and the pass percentage is likely to rise.

Last year, a total of 3,83,499 students appeared for Haryana Board class 10 exams out of which 1.4 lakh were males and 1.7 lakh were females. This year too over 3 lakh candidates have appeared for the exam who are now awaiting their Haryana Board class 10 results 2019. 

Most of the board exam results are declared earlier this year as compared to previous years. This is done to keep up with the Delhi University admissions. The DU, however, is yet to announce the date for its admission process. Meanwhile, the NTA is expected to conduct the DU entrance exam.

The Haryana Board class 10 exams were conducted from March 8 to March 30, 2019. Last year the result was declared in May 22, 2019. While this is an early declaration by a couple of days, most of the boards have declared their results much earlier this year.

The Haryana Board will declare the HBSE class 10 result 2019 today - May 17, 2019 (Friday) at the official website, bseh.org.in. The result will be available from 3 pm onwards for students.
