Pixel 4 and 4 XL could come with punch-hole display and no physical buttons

The Google Pixel 4 could still come with dual stereo speakers in spite of having minimum bezels at the top of the display.

After possibly managing to leak everything before the official launch of Google Pixel 3a, the rumour mills have started releasing leaks about the upcoming Google flagship device Pixel 4.

The latest leak reveals a fresh, new design of the Pixel 4 which looks very modern and up-to-date. The biggest highlight of this report is that Pixel 4 would not have any physical buttons.

According to a tipster who sourced the information to a YouTube channel called Front Page Tech, Google is going to redesign the front panel of Pixel 4 and 4XL completely.

Both smartphones would get a punch-hole display that is found on the Galaxy S10. The bigger variant would house two front-facing selfie cameras like the Samsung flagship. This new punch-hole design would certainly look better than the Pixel 3’s big, wide notch. The tipster also reported that Google would bid adieu to physical buttons on the Pixel 4 and replace them with capacitive touch keys.

Further, Google Pixel 4 could still come with dual stereo speakers in spite of having minimum bezels at the top of the display. Currently, the notch on Pixel 3 houses dual front cameras, sensors and one of two stereo speakers.

This claim falls in line with a SlashLeaks report that also stated a Pixel 4 with a punch-hole display. However, contrary to this, the SlashLeaks report mentioned a patent claimed by Google for Pixel 4 with the punch-hole on the left side of the display.

A Pixel device was recently spotted on Geekbench with Snapdragon 855 and 6GB RAM. No other information on the display size or camera unit is available currently. With the launch month coming closer, we can expect some more information surfacing on the internet before Google unveils the Pixel 4 devices.
