Phase-7 Lok Sabha polls: Top contests

As many as 59 parliamentary constituencies spread across 7 states and 1 Union Territory are going for polls Sunday in the seventh and final phase of the Lok Sabha elections. Among the top contenders are Prime Minister Narendra Modi from Varanasi, Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad and ex-BJP rebel Shatrughan Sinha from Patna Sahib, film star Sunny Deol and Punjab Congress chief Sunil Jakhar from Gurdaspur, Akali Dal chief Sukhbir Singh Badal from Ferozepur, BJP's Ravi Kishan from Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh, sitting TMC Abhishek Banerjee and Fuad Halim of CPM from West Bengal's Diamond Harbour.
