Sadhvi Pragya apologises for Godse remark
"I apologise for my statement. I respect Mahatma Gandhiji, he has done a lot for the country," BJP Bhopal candidate Sadhvi Pragya has said. Earlier in the day, she had stated that "Nathuram Godse was, is and will remain a 'deshbhakt'." BJP had condemned her statement and had asked her to apologise publicly.

Update: Three booths in Kasaragod and one booth in Kannur will go for repolling on May 19, News18 has reported. The decision was taken by the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) after allegations of bogus voting were confirmed in the four booths.
